We prioritize communication and training to improve the knowledge and skills of our employees, and we meet the needs and expectations of our customers by ensuring hygienic conditions at every stage of production. Also complying with food safety is our indispensable principle. To convey relevant information to the public, consumers and suppliers and/or request this information, to provide quality and hygienic products; in this regard, we undertake to comply with legal regulations, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000 standards, continuously improve its effectiveness and ensure that the following sub-policies are fulfilled.
HYGIENE POLICY
To identify and control physical, chemical and biological food safety hazards at every stage of the products we offer to our customers and to ensure that they are produced in accordance with health and hygiene rules.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE AND JEWELERY POLICY
It is not allowed to enter the production areas without work clothes, protective clothing and a work cap. Protective clothing is worn in production areas and designated areas that are likely to pose a risk. No jewelry may be used while working in production areas.
Work clothes should be clean and caps should be used to completely cover the ears and hair. The cleaning of the work clothes is ensured by the practices carried out by our company.
SMOKING AND FOOD POLICY
Smoking, eating/drinking are prohibited in our production, storage areas and changing rooms.
Warning signs are hung in visible places. Visitors and subcontractors are ensured to comply with this rule.
ENTRY POLICY TO PRODUCTION AREAS
Our visitors and suppliers enter our production areas by wearing special aprons and bonnets and being subject to a visitor control checklist.
FOREIGN MATERIALS AND SHARP TOOLS POLICY
In our production areas; glass, breakable plastic materials, wood and wire materials have been removed from use to prevent foreign substances that may cause physical contamination. Existing glass, breakable plastic materials and metal equipment are protected.
When necessary, special tools are used and checked regularly.
STAFF HEALTH CHECKS POLICY
Periodic health examinations of the personnel are carried out. In cases of infectious diseases, upper respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, nausea, coughing and sneezing, the production manager removes the product from the production area and sends related person for health control.
